Personal Vision

This image is part of a series that was shot for an article Verizon did with UNCW Professor Dr. Ray Pastore on gaming and physical fitness. It features prominent UNCW Esports Club member Ariana Curtis in the Student Recreation Center exercising with Dr. Ray Pastore who is the faculty advisor for the club and Director of the Esports program at UNCW. Gaming and collegiate Esports have become very personal to me and I have been directing the documentary film "Game On UNCW: Esports + Education" which is due out at the end of January 2023. This small photography project was a natural fit for me to direct and shoot with the participants from the film.
