Illinois State University hosted the inaugural "Builder's STAGE" event on October 30th as a part of the effort to promote our new College of Engineering.  The three presenters invited were the popular engineering YouTubers Xyla Foxlin (456K subscribers, more than 90 videos),

Smarter Every Day” YouTuber Destin Sandlin (11.6 million subscribers, more than 380 videos) and “Practical Engineering” YouTuber Grady Hillhouse (3.9 million subscribers, more than 200 videos).  Many local K-12 schools attended the event to hear from the YouTubers about their passion for engineering and encourage them that anyone can grow up to become an engineer if they want to be.
