University Police Department officers Durl White (left) and Haley Gilham (right) partnered with City Police and other agencies for an active shooter training at a local high school on Thursday, August 1, 2019. The training exercise is designed to give agencies who would be involved in a real-life scenario the opportunity to come together and simulate what would take place. This drill has been planned and scheduled in advance and is not in response to any recent shootings.
