Back on Earth after spending 168 days in space commanding the Space X mission to the International Space Station, NASA Astronaut Col. Mike Hopkins gets a laugh from his wife Julie as he spontaneously pulls open his NASA jumpsuit in a Superman move to reveal his Grainger College of Engineering T-shirt he wore in space on the most recent mission. Alma Mater wears a space helmet of her own to honor their visit. During his career, Hopkins has completed five spacewalks during his numerous missions. The two alums returned to the campus where they first met to share their life experience and give back.
