The Chili Challenge is an eating competition that the students have loved for 31 years. Each year for one week in October the student sign up to test themselves and if successful they get a free t-shirt that they wear proudly all year. Starting on Monday is our base every day chili and each day leading up to Friday we add peppers and hot sauce. Never taking any out just adding more. By the end you have jalapeno, pablano, cherry hot, serrano, thai, ghost pepper, reaper, and more.

This video takes viewers on a quick look back through various campus events and activities that took place in 2021. The video was created in both horizontal and vertical formats so it could be shared across all social platforms as well as email.
