Nikon Shoot Out

The detail of the foot pushing through the puddle gives only a glimpse of the moment. It leaves the viewer to wonder what is happening. Is she running away from someone or towards them? Or is she simply frolicking in the twilight? The imagination could create countless possibilities for the story of this moment. It is meant to spark wonder...just a peek into whatever the truth of that moment could be. 

The color balance was intentionally set to incandescent in a daylight setting. The blue tone enhances the mood and the mystery. The jpeg is exactly as it came from the camera with no adjustments other than sizing down resolution for the submission.
