Admitted Students Package After redesigning the prospective student materials in 2016, in 2017 we shifted our focus to redesigning materials for admitted students, to be sure our yield effort each spring was just as robust as our recruitment effort. The Admitted Students Package shown here represents a targeted push to create material to excite students (and their families) about their admittance to the college (with the "YOU'RE IN" booklet, sent to students with their admit letter); to welcome admitted students to campus during Admitted Student Receptions (with the "WELCOME HOME" booklet, designed to guide them not only through campus but to also welcome them to the city of Lewiston, which Bates calls home); and to help them navigate the financial aid process with the "FINANCIAL AID" booklet (designed to simultaneously walk them through the financial aid process while also highlighting photography to elevate the Bates experience and really communicate value and excitement).

The 2018 Annual President's Report

Hindsight is the alumni magazine of Hinds Community College. It is sent to members of the alumni association, donors, and community members. It covers the achievements of alumni as well as updating readers on college news.

Cover features 11 silhouette portraits of faculty, staff, students and alumni to accompany environmental portraits in a Fearless Faces Campaign feature within the magazine.

This engagement calendar is sent to the 20,000+ alumni who have participated in the annual giving program, with the goal of keeping them feeling connected to their alma mater on a daily basis.
