With students largely gone, few professors, and only necessary staff members the grounds become a welcome place for does who station their newborn young at various spots throughout the campus. Some are placed well out of view and others not so much, such as the one pictured here next to the path to the parking lot. The fawns will not move until their mothers retrieve them. This the the joy of fawning season on our campus.
