Suicide is one of the most common causes of death for college students. According to the Journal of Affective Disorders, nationally 1,000 students die by suicide each year and 12% of students consider suicide during their time in college.

This year the Counseling Center, along with their partners across campus, are trying to Change the Narrative on suicide by encouraging everyone to have honest conversations about mental health.
