During the Give to A-State Celebration, Students, faculty and staff took pies to the face to raise money on hand. A puppy got a special treat during the event which was put on by Student Philanthropy Council.  

With the air temperature clinging to the low 40s many Springfest groups simply dropped the rope rather than be dragged through cold mud. Not Amanda Jones who held on and was delighted to take a mud bath. The graduating senior said he had been waiting 4 years to participate in the mud tug-o-war after having the first two years canceled by COVID and not enough of her team would participate in her junior year. She finally was able to partake in one of the longest standing Springfest traditions.

The theme for the 2023 Springfest was centered around Nintendo and one group dawned their finest Toad headgear as they completed the obstacle course, including the egg carry, on the quad.
