Army cadet Nick Law grimaces during the log sit-up competition.  Eight cadets do as many sit-ups as possible in two minutes. ROTC Joint Field Meet is like an ROTC Olympics for the Nebraska cadets and midshipmen and midshipmens.  Army, Air Force and Navy/Marine cadets and midshipmen compete beginning at 0530 in events beginning such as Manuevering Under Fire, Log Situps, Tug-Of_War, Casualty Evacuation and Ultimate Frisbee.  Army beat Navy in a sudden death 4x400 relay to claim the title.
