Graduating seniors stand for the National Anthem during the undergraduate commencement. The four students in uniform are the ROTC cadets who are honored and take their commissioning oath in front of the crowd. The cadets then change into graduation regalia and join their classmates. The oath is not official as each of the services have their commissioning later in the day.
