Danielle Dodd (standing) is an associate clinical professor of law and a supervising attorney. She is also the director of the Child and Family Justice Clinic at the law school. Here, she's working with Mariana Larson (left) and Erika LeFauve (right), both 3rd year law students, on a case with the clinic.
This shoot was staged as part of a story about the clinic and doubled as a marketing photo for the law school. Because of the nature of the cases, the clients are confidential and we had to find an "action" shot.
Photographed in an anechoic chamber at the electromagnetic laboratory, Adriana is both an electrical engineering major and leader on the school's dance team.
I've pitched a series of photos that juxtapose students doing activities in research and academic spaces and this is the first of those efforts.
