There is something about photographing a dress rehearsal blind that's invigorating. I often shoot them not knowing what I'm in for. It's a challenge but also an opportunity to be as present as possible. Here we have one of my favorite shots from SUU's College of Performing & Visual Arts Fall Dance Recital. A fleeting moment but I could feel the slow movement of her falling back and boom. Here we are.
