Ashley Fleser paints the lines of the Laker softball field. He has more than 25 years of experience in the turf and landscape industry. He and others on the grounds crew are responsible for maintaining 500 acres, including the university's athletic fields. In 2017 the Grounds Department earned a four-star rating - the highest level possible - from the Professional Grounds Management Society Landscape Management and Operations Accreditation program.
