Photo taken in October 2023 on ISU's campus.  I had just acquired a new wide-angle lens through our university, and I wanted to see what creative angles I could capture of campus that weren't possible before.  This is a little protected alcove on campus that is popular for students to hammock in; the trees provide a sense of shelter in the middle of campus, making it a very cozy spot.  I wanted to convey this feeling through this shot, so I positioned the camera down low and as wide as possible, just as if I were a student sitting on a blanket and relaxing in the space.
