UNI ROTC host a day of remembrance for those who server by having a blackhawk land in Lawther Field. The helicopter was flown by three panthers including pilot 1st Lt. Josh Mixdorf.
For the last eight years our University holds an event called Forever Red. Thousands of students and community members come out and enjoy music, games and festivities. All culminating on a fireworks display. I was happy I got in position early for this shot.
The Gerald Sherratt Lirbary rests after a long day of providing information to the 11,000 students on campus.
The Natural Area Teaching Lab is a series of trails on campus winding through a variety of ecosystems. The trails are open to the public, but are also broadly used by many colleges. The area is managed by the College of Forestry, providing land management practice opportunities, as well as areas of study for wetlands students, entomology students, horticultural students, etc.
