The Macomb Balloon Rally festivities take place annually at Vince Grady Field on University Drive on WIU campus. This year, the event was modified to adhere to COVID-19 safety concerns. WIU and Macomb community members were encouraged to drive up and down University Drive to see a smaller selection of balloons from the safety of their vehicle. This photo was taken from the rooftop of one of the residence halls.
Patrick Dimond is silhouetted as he paints a scene from atop a hill near downtown Columbus, Indiana during his architecture class. Students in the program are able to meet in person and outside for social distancing for the course during the COVID-19 pandemic.
