The Macomb Balloon Rally festivities take place annually at Vince Grady Field on University Drive on WIU campus. This year, the event was modified to adhere to COVID-19 safety concerns. WIU and Macomb community members were encouraged to drive up and down University Drive to see a smaller selection of balloons from the safety of their vehicle.
