Other more candid “portraits” belong in the NEWS & COLLEGE LIFE category. Basic retouching/editing is permitted.

Anastasia Spruce, a senior in forensic science and biochemistry, will work for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement in their crime lab beginning the end of May. We do environmental portraits of a few graduating senior each commencement season with the grads in their environment wearing their regalia.  I staged the murder in the forensic science "murder house", an old house where the school can stage crime scenes.  The evidence being tagged are all pieces of her school career and badges from various internships.

Ramon Tirres is a graduate of New Mexico State University and is the largest and most productive pima cotton grower in El Paso County. Mr. Tirres has been a Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service Cooperator for over 30 years, and all pima cotton variety trials in West Texas have been conducted on his farm.

Anastasia Spruce, a senior in forensic science and biochemistry, will work for the Florida Department of Law Enforcement in their crime lab starting the end of May. The photo was for a graduation story about her accomplishments.  It was staged in the "Murder House", a small house on campus  and it and the grounds were renovated and turned over to the forensic science department so crime scenes can be staged for student education.

Jon Hanson came fully prepared for the eclipse with his own eclipse helmet, complete with all manner of gamma-wave sensing equipment, which happens to also include a can of Spam. A retired aerospace professor, Jon said he made the contraption to keep the energy fun at the  eclipse viewing event put on by the campus Astronomical Society.
